5. Service providers

We use third-party providers only where necessary to operate the website and respond to inquiries. These may include:

  • Infrastructure providers used to host the Nexivize LeadFlow API and PostgreSQL database that receive and store project inquiry submissions.
  • Vercel, which provides website hosting and technical infrastructure.
  • Google Analytics, which processes website usage data only after analytics consent is given.

These providers process data according to their own contractual and legal obligations.

6. International data transfers

Some service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are protected using an applicable adequacy decision, contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism.

7. Data retention

  • Project inquiry and communication data may normally be retained for up to 24 months after the last communication, unless a longer period is required for a contract, dispute or legal obligation.
  • Analytics information is retained according to the retention settings configured in Google Analytics.
  • Technical and security logs are retained only for the period reasonably required for operation, security and troubleshooting.

8. Analytics and consent

Google Analytics is not activated until you select “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner.

You may reject analytics or change your decision using the “Cookie preferences” control available on the website.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request deletion of your personal data.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
